The MAC-ITS Help Desk is currently staffed by students and supervised by the MAC-ITS staff. Any computing or telecommunication difficulty or questions you may have should be emailed to helpdesk@mtaloy.edu or simply call 814-886-6502.

The Help Desk is currently staffed from 9:00am to 8:00pm, Monday thru Thursday. Friday 9am to 5pm. During these hours, the Help Desk staff work on projects which are assigned by the MAC-ITS staff and may be out of the office working on another users requests so please leave a message on the voicemail and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
